When i get my hair cut every 6 weeks or so I get my brows waxed - then in between I tweeze them every morning before I apply MU.

I wish I had some to manage. I can count the hairs in them. I managed them today with a Lancome pencil.

I found a friend with great brows and asked her how she did it. She gave me the name of the woman who threads her brows. I went to see her and explained that I wanted someone to help me establish a shape and that I wanted to keep them full and was terrified of overly think brows. She did a fantastic job on the shape and arch and kept them full. I was very pleased and, once shaped, found it much easier to pluck stray hairs as they popped up. I use my magnification mirror each day and pluck where needed. When I can, I do it by a window in the sun, because I feel like the sunlight shows up ALL the hairs. (They always magically appear in my car rearview mirror otherwise.)

I'm going to be in a wedding in a few months and get a lot of photos taken, so I'll probably revisit the threader. She was really good.

I've always tweezed my own eyebrows. Art is one of my hobbies and sketching faces is at the top of the list for me. So I guess that is the reason it comes naturally for me. I use to tweeze eyebrows for family years ago but that is not something I admit to these days (no one knows so no one asks).

Mine are waxed every 6 wks when I go for a hair trim.

I get them waxed every 4 weeks (although lately I've been realizing that maybe 3 weeks is better). And I tweeze errant hairs as needed. I've also become pretty religious about filling them in and grooming them every day, even if I'm not doing full MU.

I've always tweezed. They gotten a little thinner then I'd like over the years.
