Tweezers for strays, after washing my face or showering. My dark brows are still fairly thick, but are becoming more gray UGH so I look even more washed out! I comb them, stoke on e.l.f. brow color (just on the hairs, not easy to do!) then sometimes use a clear gel to tame. It's a pain but a necessity these days!

After all of these years (I'm 67) my eyebrows manage themselves. I used to have to get them waxed (to get them cleaned up) but now they don't even need that.
Here's what I read in my recent issue of ""Allure Magazine"" that described how to look younger. They said one way is to keep the eyebrows looking ""fuller"". I've always had full eyebrows.
Now that I'm old(er) they have gotten lighter (some gray) so I take Clinique pencil (waterproof) and touch them up a little. I wear a very dark brown (not black).
My favorite thing to use though is Laura Geller's brow tint. She doesn't make it anymore. It is white and black and it has a brush on each end. One end has wax on it (which I don't use) and the other end has small hairs with the tint (mine is brown). It is wonderful!
I get so angry when suddenly a manufacturer has suddenly stopped making a product and you have no idea it is coming. I went on ebay or whatever it is called and found one or two left people selling. I just watched a Nightline where they said for the ""BUYER BEWARE"" on a lot of these sites.
They said the product looks exactly like the product you want but they are knock offs!
I remember back Lilly Collins (Phil Collins' daughter) who starred in one of the ""Princess Movies"" had very big eyebrows the media said big brows were in. I guess it takes time for things to catch on.
I'm seeing big brows more and more now.

My eyebrows are very thick & unruly, so I pluck the heck out of them! At 59, I've pretty much ruined them, so I keep 'em thin and fill in with a pencil or Laura Gellers Brow Marker (the single tip one, which she still has on her website).

i just tweeze strays when i see them as i use a magnifying mirror doing my mascara. i have bushy full eyebrows (can't imagine using the brow filling products i see) so, every now & then i brush them up & trim them w/ cuticle scissors.

I have mine waxed when I get my hair cut, about once a month. My hairstylist does a really great job. And I try to pluck them in between times.

I can't believe some of you are lucky enough to go a month between grooming. I was getting them threaded, but had to go about every week. It was costing me about $40. per month. I just tweeze now about once a week.

Threading. 4-6 weeks. Painful. Necessary. Better than no eyebrows, methinks.

Why, bee, you're one fetching little eyebrow-tamer!

I gave up & started introducing myself as the late Andy Rooney's daughter.
