How do I change my font permanently? Can I only do it for each individual message?

I really don't care at all about the headings and where my old posts are residing now. I was a post, read and forget about it poster. I don't even understand why anyone would care where their "peanut butter soup post" from 2013 is now? I'm sure I'll get accustomed to the changes. I think I've already figured out how to edit a post. I guess you have to use "preview" to review you posts before you actually submit it. And I see the QUOTE button now! It's all coming together. As I knew it would. I think some of the older ladies are having a difficult time but only because, for some odd reason, they thought QVC would re-do the board and make absolutely no changes.....they'd redo the board and leave everything as it was....lol I was a little worried that this new board would be like the HSN board which wouldn't have appealled to me at all. I wouldn't have liked blaring colors, bells, whistles, and all that confusion.

Opening up to the forum page is not only like looking at junk created by an 8 year old, it's like going back to 1980. I was there and believe me these were the challenges we had, but sometimes not even this bad.

As I type, the page keeps jumping. This is acceptable? Of course, this is just one small complaint. Looking at the big picture, because I'm a big picture person, I cannot imagine why QVC found it necessary to create this ____ (four letter word). It's unprofessional, does not speak well of their IT staff, has alienated Q customers who frequent the forums and was downright stupid.

If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
