Now that we have a store, I'll get to use them before they expire. Exactly how do they work? I take it they aren't for specific items like Sephora's are?

I use mine for cash discounts on purchases. However, you have to ask because the clerks won't always tell you if you have enough points.

What percentage do points translate into? Obviously its not dollar per dollar. I could have asked at the store, but no, I preferred to stay in the dark.

I think it varies. There's something called Platinum status that accrues more points, but I don't spend enough for that.

You get one point for every dollar spent and then if you hit the Platinum level you earn 1-1/2 points for every dollar spent. I think then you get $1.00 for every 100 points as a credit that you can use on anything

You spend a bazillion dollars and get some little sample/gift you probably don't want anyway. THen it sits in your bathroom for a million years because you don't need or want it but it is too good to throw away. Then someday you can get on Hoarders.
