Anyone like it? I was going to ask those who've used/use Red light mask what one should look for in RLT?
Then I saw this presented, but I don't see it mentioned in past posts. I know it's new to Q, but I thought there may be mentions.
I bought it, but I want to cancel if it's not a really good one.
Thanks

The biggest difference between RLT masks is in the number of lights contained in the mask. My CurrentBody mask has 236 lights. The Higherdose mask has 132. The more lights the better. Gives higher illumination with more coverage. Helps deliver the therapeutic effect. The CurrentBody mask is also contoured to fit closer to the face and prevent the light from escaping from around the perimeters where that is wasted energy.

Thank you very much! That is exactly the info I needed to hear. I'll cancel my order.
Is CurrentBody the best so far you've tried?

I used the CB original mask which has fewer lights and it was a flat mask just like the Higherdose. It was not as comfortable as the new CB mask...the one I posted.
I've only used the two masks. The newer CB is better than the first. Is it the best I've tried? Well I guess so b/c the new one is better all around.

I didn't realize the CurrentBody mask had that cupped chin. That's a much better design than my OmniLux mask, darn.
No matter how tight I fasten my mask, I have to jut my chin out the whole time just to keep contact with it.
If this one ever dies, I'll look into that one.
@skittles2 I've been using RLT for years and will continue. The science is promising, I think....

Yes, that chin strap goes under the chin actually. The entire mask is contoured like the shape of a face. It cups around the face. When you take it off it doesn't flatten out like most of the other masks do. So comfortable.

Wow, I just looked it up. That one looks fantastic. I didn't realize they had a new design....

I have an "Arizona tint" (really dark) plus a uv visor on my car...and I still "splotch", even tho I rarely go outside after 10:00 a.m. I get chemical peels.

I loved my Omnilux red light mask, and used it for two years. It seemed over night I started noticing hyperpigmentation, or the beginnings of brown spots. I did my research, and realized not all red light therapy is for all skin tones. Youtube is great if you are looking for answers.
My skin tone is light to medium. I stopped using it. I did a few sessions of Picosure laser to get rid of the brown spots, and now my skin is back to normal.
If I purchase another mask, it will be one that will not cause skin discoloration.
It was great... until it wasn't.

@SilleeMee I was wondering. since you have both a CB RLT mask and a NIRA Pro, what do you think each does for you?
ETA; Ouch, $649 for the Nira pro? Too rich for me.
