Re: Have you all heard about Sephora's FLASH Subscription?

I've actually had Flash Shipping for over a year now. I somehow received an invitation email from Sephora when they were first offering Flash - not sure what I did to "qualify" for the invite. They may have just randomly sent the invites out in the beginning. I'm a VIB, but I don't spend much more than the qualifying amount. There are times "here and there" when I just want to order one item, so it's great to order and know I won't be charged for shipping.

Great! Was your subscription free as a VIB?

No, I was initially charged the fee because I'm only a VIB and not a VIB Rouge, but after a year, the subscription was extended for free. HTH

However, even after logging into my account first (as instructed), the $10.00 charge still remained. I called Sephora Customer Service and was told that it was free for Rouge members only. Conflict somewhere... Any other VIB members having this problem? Thanks to the Op for posting as I had not heard about Sephora Flash!,

I think the confusion may be that Rouge members are technically called "VIB Rouge," even though people usually just shorten it to "Rouge." The message in the link states: " VIB Rouge members can enroll in FLASH for FREE (valid for the duration of VIB Rouge status)." You might be interpreting that as VIB and Rouge?

I don't think I'm going to get it. I don't purchase a lot from them and I get my packages pretty quickly. What is good is you get free shipping at any amount. I usually wait to order $50 so I don't have to pay for shipping.

- No minimum purchase required

Thank you so much for sharing this information. Without the ""heads up"" I would never have know about the ""flash"" offer. I am a rouge member so I got this for free. I really appreciate the information I receive from this forum.

Thanks so much poregirl! I hadn't heard about this. I made Rouge this year with Christmas shopping so it was free.
