Hi everyone,
I recently got a job where I can only have one earring in each ear. I have two in one of my cartilages and I am putting clear plastic earrings in them so it doesn't look like there is anything there. The problem is that the posts in the back are clearly visible. Because of this I am trying to find hairstyles that will cover my ears (or at least the tops of them). I will be working outside in the summer so I'm hoping to find hairstyles that keep my hair pulled back. Thank you so much!
(By the way- I have thick layered hair that goes down to about 2 inches below my shoulders)

Bring your hair forward so it covers your ears, not tucked behind them

There's not a whole bunch you can do, if you want to keep your length to pull back for the summer. You just have to bring the sides front, maybe get a little "lift" at the temples, but otherwise, let your hair cover your ears.
What shape face do you have? Fringe or no fringe? Maybe you can type in "medium hairstyles for ____ (shape) face" and see what kinds of suggestions you'll get.
