It does say for selected customers only, but check your emails, this one is titled This One's For You, and it is a coupon for one time use for $10 off a $20 item, good all month but for one time only. It is not showing up in my Spendable Kash.

I get lots of offers from them, I wonder what their selection process is, could be totally at random. I often get coupons for 20% off one item posted on my HSN home page. Be sure you are signed up for their emails.

I received the email as well. I just used a coupon for 20%. They seem to be generous with their coupons. It is so rare to get one from here.

just checked and i did receive that coupon.

mrrebates also has 10% cash back today for hsn.

@SeaMaiden - I'm the same. Never get a thing from them and I even contacted their CS to ask why. All she could tell me was to sign up for emails (already did) and to check my account online (do that, too).

She assured me the coupons and credits weren't just for "select customers", but you couldn't prove that by me. She also couldn't tell me how they decide who gets these offers.

All I ever get are occasional reminders of shows I'm interested in.

it will be a nice change to see some snow.

i can barely remember the last time i saw the sun.....we have had some really strange winter weather and i am a bit tired now of the gloomy days.

I also received that email "just for you". I get offers from them often and it did inspire a few gift purchases from them that I may have gone elsewhere for. I've been saying it right along, HSN is offering more to their customers, even free shipping more often than here.
