I need your opinion  I have the lightstim red light device  I havent used it for a long time but do you think if I did it would be the same as if I bought todays TSV

They are essentially the same. If I owned one brand then I surely would not buy the TSV.

By the same, do you mean you would not use the new one in the same way you don't use the old one? Yes, I think it would be the same and would recommend you save yourself $199 by not buying this one.
