I am blessed with thick, shiny hair  and I am 65.I can use any kind of shampoo. conditioner, etc., and my hair looks great no matter what!  Both of my parents had great hair so I guess it's hereditary.I do use a flat iron to maximize shine and I've had my same blow dryer and flat iron for years!

I agree all the models are styled professionally for the shows, the before and after is misleading. If you notice Kate the red head, her hair does not look great all the time. IMO either the products work for you or they don't, a product cannot give you something you don't have , like thick hair. A product can temporarily give you body and shine and hopefully not damage your hair in the process. I have been using WEN off and on for years, but I will use NC and Tweak-ed on occasion.
