She gave an interview to Italian Vogue with makeup free pics. Do you think so? To me it looks like she's wearing some lip color and some eyebrow color at least. Completely makeup free? No. She is showing how "normal" her life is in Boston. Yeah, OK.

It does. Even a little bit of eyeliner underneath in the corner when you look close.

Unless they mean no foundation?

Just a simple ‘warm’ filter would give the appearance of lip/blush.

Heck. Even I can do that on my bitty smartphone app.

there’s no way she’s make up free in that photo. there’s too much color/tint on her face. unless, she posed make up free and then the photographer touched it up.

She probably has makeup tatoos on her brows, lips and even liner.

She may very well be makeup-free in the photo, but did the magazine say they didn’t retouch it, or alter it in any way?  They can make anything look however they want, regardless of what it looks like in real life.

It's possible she is foundation free in that photograph.  She used to have freckles.  I notice that people who say they are now makeup free have had medical procedures in the past to correct.
