I tried a new foundation this weekend. Estee Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue, SPF 45.  I have pretty dry skin and was wearing a Lancome foundation but it just seemed to make my skin look dryer.

I am so glad I got a sample when I was at the mall yesterday.  When I tried it this morning I knew right away I would purchase this foundation when my 10 day sample is gone.

I am fair and my color is Desert Beige.  When I wear Bare Minerals I  wear fairly light.

I am glad you posted on it because I just ordered it from Macy's. Right now they have a free gift from Estee Lauder. Hopefully you didn't buy it yet. The gift looks nice.

I will have to try a sample, sounds interesting. Lancome's Renergie has been my holy grail foundation for years, but they just changed it. I haven't tried the new version yet, but I know I may have to be on the lookout for a new one if I don't like it.

I ordered a few weeks ago thinking that I was picking the correct shade. I  ordered Ivory Beige which is a bit too dark but will work perfectly when I start self tanninng. Did tring mixing it with something else just to see if I would like the finish. It's going to be very nice. My skin is very dry and this gives a nice dewy finish. Probably someone with oily skin this would not work.
