Might be silicone? Not sure but I had that problem with Smashbox too.

I use Neutrogena Healthy Skin primer with SPF.  They also make a version without tint, but I like the tinted one better, because it evens out and conceals minor imperfections on my fair skin. I can use it Aline as my foundation. It is the only primer I have tried that doesn't break me out. I am in my 50s and still have very oily skin. Sometimes I mix it with a bit of Olay Total Effects CC in the fair/light shade and use those mixed as my foundation.
