[Caffeina]

I bought one of these two years ago on Ebay for about $22. I see there's one currently available for $22.44 on Ebay. It's called "Sonic Face Cleanser and Massager Brush Winrida Waterproof Powered Beauty Device." The same one is also on Amazon for $32.99, called "Ultrasonic Face Cleansing Facial Brush for Healthy Anti-Aging,Blemish Tool Exfoliator Makeup Treatment for Polish, Scrub, Microdermabrasion, Acids & Peels Reduce."

I've been very happy with mine and do recommend it. JMHO, I don't believe there's any difference in performance or quality between the inexpensive brushes and the expensive ones.

ITA @Caffeina about the price, performance and quality between the various ones out there. When my Anself dies, I won't feel so bad because it cost me only around $18. But when my genuine Foreo died, I cried. 

My next one will be one like you have pictured...with a tapered end on it. I think that will make it easier to get into tight spots. Does the other side have bumps or is it smooth? The one I have now is smooth on one side which I like.

@SilleeMee, both sides have bumps, one side softer than the other. On the opposite side of the one in my picture, the lower area is smooth and can also be used by holding it sideways. It wouldn't surprise me if the company that made it also makes Q's Pop Sonic Leaf.
