Had mine for two years, when I use mine I alway use a serum. I watch tv at night while using it. I look at the time mad leave it on for five mintues.

My iPhone app does. I think I downloaded it through QVC or LightStim's website. I have choices: Wrinkles (3 min), Acne (5 min) and Pain, which I've never used. I usually keep it on the 5 minute beep, but if I'm in a hurry I do the 3 minute. Very helpful!

Sorry for such a late answer, Gorg, I haven't been on for a while. I use Peter Thomas Roth Unwrinkle, and get it when his website has a sale. I also use Isomers Matrixyl serum or All in One serum from ShopQ (formerly ShopNBC). HTH
