Is the MOM for drying up oily skin or a primer? It makes sense if you use it for a mask but not as a primer.

Hourglass, hands down! It is the absolute best, silicone free and also has an spf. Truly the best on the market. Rather pricey though, but worth it.

There are a lot of entries on various search engines as well as youtube about using it as a primer.
