I also use the Essence primer along with their mascara. $5 each from Ulta. One coat of primer, one coat of mascara and I'm good to go.

@SurferWife    I absolutely love Tarte's Opening Act.  I have been using it for years since I discovered it.  It makes my lashes fuller and longer. It's the best lash primer I've ever used! Highly recommend it!
