ita.  i've been wearing lash extensions for 3 years now and i love them!   i've had no problems at.all.

Hi lady.  I have several friends who said they very much damaged their lashes.  Have you had yours off at all to notice if they damage your real ones?  I'd love to get them, but I'm so fearful of that and have read of damage to many.  Thanks

hey win, no i haven't, but lashes grow back very quickly so i'm not concerned.

also i could go the fake lashes route until they do grow back.  based on what my girl says it isn't a problem, but of course everyone is different.

have a very merry christmas!

My BFF lost all her lashes due to the extensions glue-had a reaction.

She began to use Careprost. No problem now.

 @Andreatoo

Same here! I've never tried false eyelashes but I'm dying to! They're all around me at work although on younger women. I guess I don't want to look like I'm "trying too hard" at my age...Lol.

Re: False eyelashes

[ Edited ]

Ardell makes the best lashes at a cheap price. If you want to splurge, there are other brands that I think fit better and are easier to apply but they're going to cost far more. Many go that route if they're going to wear them now and then (you can use them up to 15 times).

Anyone can wear them at any age.  Many use individual lashes just at the end or just in the middle (clumping) as they are filling in where fullness is usually lost.

Whatever you do, they are always on sale at either Ulta, CVS or RiteAid. Buy DUO glue in clear and experiment. You may need to trim them at the end (most of us need to) and once you find the right length that works, trim all your other lashes using that pair as a pattern.

Last, the lashes on are often MUCH longer in lash length than they look in the package. Ardell 108's are the most realistic as they simply add a line of fullness to your lash line. Apply, use a light coat (VERY light) of mascara to blend and you're done. They look like your own lashes.

Good luck!! : )
