I had a facial 2 days ago from a lady i have been going to 3 times a year for 10 years so she knows my sensitive skin. Anyway i have small red breakouts on my fore head and chin and a few on my cheeks. Any suggestions on what to do to make them go away faster? They are very red. I am going to tell her next time not to use what she did this time. I think it was a papaya enzyme. Thanks in advanced

Without knowing what it is, I can't give very informed advice on this.
When my skin gets irritated by a product, I go back to the most basic skincare routine I can and avoid any additional irritation. Nothing scented, no exfoliation with anything more than a soapy washcloth, no fancy serums, just cleanse, moisturize, and SPF during the day. The more I try to do to make it heal faster, the worse it often becomes and the longer it takes to recover.
Masks with papaya or pineapple enzymes often give me a problem. I don't get red breakouts, but I get redness, dry scaly skin, and flakes - a chemical burn.

I would contact her immediately and ask what she can do to make this better. I would expect my aesthetician to help, she always says, ‘call me if you need me,’ and I have.
Yes, facials can cause some breakouts as they work out impurities, but as you describe it, this seems a bit much.

If it was me I would use Isomers Copper P or use some Sovereign Silver Hydrosol or mix some tea tree oil with jojoba oil .

It sounds like you had an allergic reaction to something she used.I’d call the lady that did your facial, tell her what happened & asked her what she used. Then see if she can suggest something to counter your reaction.

Thanks everyone. She left on vacation today so i can't reach her. Guess i will just keep makeup down and let it air out when i am home.

Sounds about right...like what would happen to me. Perhaps, like you mentioned, it might be the papaya enzyme.
i know what I would do...I’d use over the counter cortisone or benedryl. But that’s just me and I know I am ok with these. HTH

I am allegric to cortisone but i think i will try benadryl. Thank you
