I think it has more to do with the way items are stored in the QVC warehouse- everything comes individual boxed ready to be shipped as a single item, so if multiple items are ordered they are just placed in a bigger box to be shipped. Not defending this practice just saying...

And who knows if it was different - people would probably complain about an item being damaged during shipping or not packaged properly. It is like these boards just exist for someone to complain about something...

Take a picture and send a letter to QVC and post it on their Facebook page and note the excessive packaging. That's what I did when Nordstrom sent me two bottles of nail polish in two separate shipments, each one a large boot box with the tiny bottle of nail polish inside. I complained to the company and posted the pictures on their Facebook page.

Why should I have to re-post something on Facebook. If QVC and WEN aren't reviewing this forum for Customer feedback, why would they take Facebook anymore seriously.

Because this is a community message board, not a customer feedback site. If you don't want to post anything on Facebook, contact QVC customer service directly.

Why do people think that sites like this are a direct line to an owner/manufacturer/Big Wig!

My 8, 6, & 2 year old grandsons LOVE the big bubble wrap, or "poppies" as they call them.

I feel bad that I throw away the booklets. I wish I could request that they not be put in every order because I don't need them and it's a waste of money for whoever produces them.

MA, you can Freecycle the booklets for craft projects! Teachers, schools and arts centers are always looking for raw materials.

Thanks, Honny!

I'll look into that.

Really? I usually get a box about the size of a 16 oz bottle when I order a single one.

I do have to say I did buy a Josie Maran Escape to Morocco set and that box was gargantuan.

I doubt that Wen has anything to do with the shipping packages.

Yeah, I think it's a Q thing. I've noticed the excessive packaging in other products that I've purchased from them.

Glitz, when I get my Wen shipments from GR, the packaging is minimal. I think the excess is QVC as well.
