@Shaunac  - I don't feel that it is.  To me, it's more of a treatment.  Yes it moisturizes as I think a treatment should but, to me, it feels more than that.

It's not, @Shaunac.  There are actives in it that treat the lips but I do like that there's castor oil in it.  That's really good for your skin.  I use it nightly, mixed in with my other PM oil.  The Lip 6x Serum is supposed be an amplifier but I don't care about that part and I don't bother to examine my lips, to see if that's happening.
