Email from HSN re SKINN Order

Received emails this morning re each of my SKINN orders from June 1 saying that because of a shipping delay, they won't be arriving until Monday June 16. At least I got emails from HSN which is more than QVC did.

Sorry you need to wait longer, @JudyL. I wonder if they oversold and ran out of what you ordered? If so, you'll be getting very fresh products. 👍

@JeanLouiseFinch - I'll be curious to see where the items ship from whether it's Piney Flats,TN or Ontario, CA. It'll be nice to just get them! LOL

@JudyL Are your items are still in packaging status? If yes & the items are still in stock you can probably ask them to reship it.

I think after 1 week the system sends an automated message with a revised date. I recieved the same msg & I patiently waited for the next delivery date which never happened & by then the items I wanted sold out too. You can give it a shot, you may even recieve it earlier than the 1st order.

I got my Skinn orders from Piney Flats. I like the flooding milk and incorporated into my routine.

Good to hear that you got update emails.

Yeah, I got the same email. Delayed until June 16. I like the way they charged my credit card on June 1, but are holding my product hostage. Seems to me they should be sure they have product before charging me for something they don't have.

@Shaunac - That's exactly what happened to me. Charged my credit card on June 1 but items still haven't shipped. Hopefully we both get our items by the 16th.

Fingers crossed. I don't shop with HSN very often and so I don't know whether to expect the product or expect this to be cancelled. Time will tell, I supposed.

@Shaunac - I called HSN Customer Service and confirmed that the items are going to ship and the woman confirmed that they are definitely still going to ship and arrive by June 16. So, now all we can do is wait and see if she's right.
