I know there has been a lot of discussion in the past whether Linda, the owner and presenter on HSN, has had work done or not but I'm wondering if any of you have tried her products and what you thought of them. I just caught a presentation of the eye cream duo and some of the before and afters were pretty impressive. She said this product also works on hooded lids. It's $28.50 for the eye cream and concealer and I'm tempted to order but I have six or seven eye creams/serums on my countertop. Any opinions on the eye cream as well as any of the other products in her line? For an older gal, her skin looks pretty good and she seems pretty knowledgeable about formulation and ingredients. Thanks in advance.

I'd like to hear some reviews here, too. She sure talks a good game -- the amounts of the actives and the price are pretty enticing. I personally don't care if she had work done, I'm interested if her products are good and if they might work for me. :-)

Thanks for posting this!

Edit: I just went to HSN to check it out -- pretty positive reviews on the site. I'm slogging through them now. :-)

I did try this line several years ago. I did not have any aging concerns at the time so I can't help you with that. I will say that the products went on nicely and from what I can remember the ingredients were pretty good. I don't think that someone having work done discredits a line. There is only so much topical products can do.

I don't care if she has had work done either but I remember a screaming match here on BB a while back whether or not she'd had any work done. So I'd like to avoid that altogether and hear from people who used the products and what they thought of them. I have aging eyeballs with dark circles, puffiness, drooping lids, dryness & crosshatch lines. I've tried just about every product under the sun and most only deal with one or two complaints but her's deals with all of the complaints. And one of the before and afters with the airline stewardess was pretty impressive. She did talk a good game as you said about the actives and the quantities that were in her products in comparison to other major brands. I was just about ready to buy Perricone's Acyl-glutathione eye serum for the drooping lid issue and it's $115. So really tempted by Elysee now.

When Linda had her TSV several months back she said she had tried some fillers around her mouth lines and the filler moved to a different location than where it started so she gave up on that idea. She said she has not had anything else done since and has never had surgery.

I did notice one of the models in the pictures she uses to show how one of her lifting products work, is also the same pic. used by Dimitri James (Skinn) when he shows one of his products. The one with the weight inside the cheek area. So they must both use the same patented ingredients for lift. (have not researched this but it really made me take notice)

I tried her set in the TSV it had the Pycnogenol, the red one, the fountain of youth, the blue one, and a night cream. I did see some improvement in fine lines and used the serums twice a day for about three months. When either of those products got too close to my eye it made them water. I finished using the serum's but did not reorder.

I can't speak specifically to her eye cream but I thought the fact that she even spoke about having work was interesting.

I'm another one that would be interested in hearing from someone that has used her products and specifically the eye cream she is showing today. I'm around her age. Her product is reasonable in price.

UMTerpFan - If you want to try Elysee, go to their website and call them. They will send you a bunch of sample sizes for a small shipping cost and they can help you decide what would be best for your skin. I like the youthspan products, but then I'm at the age where I will take all the help it can get.
