Once again, second time in 2 weeks I received an expired produuct from QVC. Ordered the PTR skinjection pads duo for $60. Opened the first one last night and they were yellow and rancid smelling. I checked the code om the botom of the jar obly to find that they were manufactured April of 2024. Already afte the 2 year mark. RETURNED
After doin my due diligence I found out that QVC purchases over stock and expired products. Case in point...the squalane no oil oil that QVC is now selling "on sale
" PTR discontinued that product and stopped makling it 2 years ago. If you go to Ulta,, Macys', Sephora or any other store that carries PTR it will say no longer a vailable, but QVC is selling it on sale. Please, Please if you purchase any cosmetics please check the batch codes before putting it opn your face,

Well, this may be an example of QVC warehouse of items that are just now being reduced in price since bankruptcy

They should refund you and not make you return it. At one time there were many complaints of expired Wen products too.

Much more likely that there was a pallet or something that was discovered and put into current stock. The review for the pads have 2 with that issue . 1 from the OP (same user name ) and 1 other. They would all say the same if that was the case.

I can honestly say I've never had a problem with any PTR products I've ordered. (And only a couple of problems with other brands over nearly 30 years.)
I have something from PTR arriving tomorrow. I'll be sure to check!

This prompted me to check the two bottles of PTR squalane I ordered in late April, I was so excited to see the product available again. Both bottles were the same batch and manufactured in February of 2023. I did an online chat and will be returning for a refund.
Glad I saw this post.

Perhaps perishable items like cosmetics and food should no longer be purchased here. Old food? Yuck!!!

ITA, the code # photo on the jar should be enough.
Just wondering ..... If you returned it, what are they supposed to do with it?
@Tinkrbl44 I hope they don't send it out again to another customer. What about food items? Yuck!

@Shanus The food typically comes directly from the manufacturer. I've had no issues with the bagels and salmon that I purchase. The only issue I had was the pot stickers. There was not enough ice. QVC was nice and had another sent out. Same thing, so I cancelled my warm weather shipments. All came directly from the vendor and not QVC.
QVC gave me a credit with no need to return.
