Happy New Year Beauties! 

Finally rec'd the Beekman shaving kit I ordered for a Christmas gift...after Christmas.  It was in perpetual 'processing' for 2 weeks in early December.  CS provided me a credit for the s&h per my request. 

Included in the order was a beauty sample, SIROT face serum. That's the 1st sample I've rec'd from EVINE to try a different brand. I would love to see them do this more! 

Also in the order a 'Welcome' insert with an offer of a $30 coupon for my "thoughts", online survey link. $30 off $120 purchase coupon to be sent via email after I complete the survey.

Anyone else receive the survey insert?

Hope they use the feedback to improve the warehouse issues, the ridiculous shipping rates/structure and the A/D program.

 I just received two packages I ordered after Christmas, no survery.  I have always been curious why the on line shopping channels do not send out samples.  I think I received a sample from Q once, not really sure it was a while ago and a couple of samples from HSN.  Never a sample from Evine. It would be nice to get a sample of perfume or lotion or something once in a while.

@Chi-town girl I received the Sirot sample but no survey.  ITA about processing wait times and S&H..  R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S.  Still waiting for an order from 12/18.

I too received the sample but no survey! I would love to fill out a survey and complain about their customer service! Love the products, love the prices but the customer service is horrendous! BTW this is the second time I've received a sample but I really forget what it was the first time.

Did you complain about not having the product for Christmas? I had the same problem last year with HSN and they did give me a credit, not a lot mind you but I did get a credit. I think they gave me all my shipping back since I paid extra for the guarantee

Did you complain about not having the product for Christmas? I had the same problem last year with HSN and they did give me a credit, not a lot mind you but I did get a credit. I think they gave me all my shipping back since I paid extra for the guarantee

@Andreatoo - I did call CS about the saving kit & they did refund shopping. 

I think the 1st SIROT sample they sent out was the eye serum or cream. It has good reviews. I'm more likely to buy something new if I try it and like it, realizing it's not enuf product to see results. I would love 2 small sample tubes of the day & night hand cream.

I have the eye cream and it is good but the last sample definitely was not the Sirot. Maybe 100% natural? I know a few people got it because I remember the skinn users complaining that they didn't get it with their skinn order but it made sense since it was skin care and I'm sure Dimitri would not have appreciated that LOL

Maybe it was the eye cream? I'm so confused!

When did they start sending samples? So you think 2 brands, SIROT & 100% Natural?  I have recd Skinn samples but they are included in the Skinn product kit box that I purchased. 

The SIROT sample was included in my Beekman order tucked inside the folded invoice in an envelope taped to the shipping carton.

I doubt Evine would insert a competitor product sample inside another beauty brand product box, but they could toss them in the shipping carton. Every brand should have the opportunity to participate,  so fair game. No different than Nordy or NM or Macy's providing beauty samples of multiple brands. 

I hope they ramp up the samples

Yeah I got one---and threw it away. Why would I spend $130 or whatever it was, to save just $30? Not much of an incentive at all. Now if you had to buy $50 at least, that would be doable. But the shipping and the lack of knowing if an item comes with a return label until funds are taken out and the item is ready to ship,is my big complaint. Been burned so I'm not buying anymore.

I'm glad to have the opportunity to give them feedback. There are a few brands sold at Evine that i love and use daily. I intend to keep shopping there & hope they make some changes to improve the customer experience. 

Will I use the $30 coupon? It equates to ~ 25% off which is nice, since most companies do not pay or provide some value for survey submission. But I agree the $130 min purchase is high. 

I hope others will submit feedback if given the survey so we can see some postive changes/benefits.
