EMAILS TO COSMETIC COMPANIES

Have you ever sent an email to a cosmetic co. and never received a response? I remember about 6 months ago, I emailed Estee Lauder about a product that gets rid of redness. No response. Obviously, the product doesn't work. Or at least that is what I thought and they lost a sale. Josie Maran's staff is good at answering my emails and Tarte. How about you? Any bad or good experiences?
