I have both the triple wrinkle smoother as well as the MD33 creme.  If these are both night time products, can someone please explain how to use.

You can alternate them.  One night you use Med33 and the next one use the Triple Strength Wrinkle Smoother.  You can also mix a little bit of both and use them together every night, they have similar consistencies and mix well if used together.
