Her old site is still active. http://store.drdenese.com/

I just think the subscription service is an additional site.

Thanks! This is good to know. I guess she is diversifying.

Re: Dr. Denese website has changed

If you view her fb page it explains it is a test. Her entire website and all products are still there. And yes, there is an informerial coming. I believe with Leeza Gibbons as the host. It will be the core products. Those are the kits that display and if you simply click on the link at the top of the page that says "existing customers" you get to the regular website. It is funny how people jump to conclusions. I think this is awesome that she did a deal with Guthy Renker to bring her products to more people. That doesn't diminish her being on QVC and I'm sure her existing, regular business will remain the same. I love her products and I think this is a great way to get them to more people.

Why do you make such a remark that her products might change? She sold to a marketer, not a new developer. Silly remark.

The Wen formulas sold through Guthy Renker have different ingredients than the ones sold on Chaz's website and the Q.

And I didn't say they might change, I said I wondered if there may be some changes in her formulas.

She also has this site. http://www.mydrdenese.com/

It's a forum/blog type site where you can ask questions and talk with other Dr D users. She sometimes even does live chats.

Re: Dr. Denese website has changed

Ladies, it might just benefit us in the long run. I only buy her last TSV kit AD , the one with the supersize hydroshield the wonderful eye gel with the wand and the Retinol hydroshield that even got rave reviews by PaulasChoice. It costs less than the supersize hydroshield alone and I get the gel I love that I wouldn't think of buying by itself.

So maybe, just maybe things will be better. Haven't you noticed she's hardly ever on QVC anymore. Most of her products have been discontinued. Like her makeup. You can't find it anywhere , at least in my shade, and I loved it. Her regular night cream was the one that got so much praise for being so hydrating and a great cover for all your serums to seal them in.- gone. The eye hydroshield is only found in a small bottle in an introductory kit I think. You hardly ever see her microdermabrasion machine. I was surprised to see it a few weeks ago . It's been so long I forgot I had it. Got it back out of the closet and used it. It's far superior to that scraper ultrasound thing for $300 plus. She doesn't have an exfoliant. I trust her more than the makers of the ones available now. She's actually got the credentials to formulate one that is both effective and safe.

There is always hope.

Re: Dr. Denese website has changed

Hi everyone. I too was upset to see the new website. I called the 800 number and spoke with customer service. I was told to go to www.store.drdenese.com which is the new web address for her old online store. Yay! Not gone just moved.
