I bought the big kit for the TSV price. It's past 30 days and I've tried and tried to make it work, but it breaks my skin out. Would you try to sell used product on ebay or what? I am still making payments on the darn thing.

Oh just send the kit back! You may not get the original s&h handling refunded but you will get a refund of the purchase price.

Send it back. Don't worry if you are over the limit, they will take it. Its too much money to just throw away. Its against EBay's rules to sell used product, although it is going on.

Before paying for the shipping to send it back I would call customer service and explain the problem to them. When was the 30 day up that might make a difference. Not sure about others but I would never buy a product from someone that has been opened for my skin. JMO If they wont take it back I would give it to a friend to use. It upsets me that they are going to these large sizes for their TS.

Why does it upset you? These sizes are a great value for people who love the products. Each TSV is not going to be everyone's cup of tea so it's nothing to get upset over.

I LOVE the large sizes for the TSV because they are such a deal for those of us who love the product. I think, if someone hasn't ever used a product, s/he should refrain from trying it out via a large size. That being said, I would definitely call CS before sending it back. I've heard of others who got their return returned to them because it was past the 30 days and then you're also out more s&h. Is this the TSV that had the spf 30 day cream with it? If it breaks you out and you can't return it, you could use the hydroshield on your hands or other dry parts of your body. I also use the day cream on my hands to protect them and to mask a few light spots I have.

They used to make Hydroshield for the body in the blue bottle. It had the same stuff as the face and neck formula only you got a lot more. Wish they would bring those back.

The products from that kit work wonderfully on the hands and décolleté.

ETA - I'm saying that because if you decide not to sell or give away, you can use them on elsewhere on the body (I use all 3 on my hands)

I ordered this also and am sure that I heard them say that this tsv had a 60 day trial period. If it didn't work for you within that period, it was returnable. That is what made my decision to purchase it as I was not familiar with her products.
