Don't Understand Why

It Cosmetics is not on very much anymore and most of their products are on sale. Also, they are not nominated for Beauty Choice Awards, guess the awards is just for some products they want to highlight and sell. Our votes probably don't matter. I can be so naiive. LOL. I know popularity of brands can be cyclical, but I assumed It Cosmetics was still popular.

@TerryNJ - QVC has dropped IT Cosmetics and they will no longer be sold on QVC. I heard about this last Spring. It was supposed to be effective Sept. 1.

Thanks @ JudyL. Will miss Desiree. Guess it is a good time to stock up for ladies who use their products, prices are good. Doesn't make sense to me. I wonder what went into the decision making process?

@TerryNJ - I don't know and was thinking about it the other day when it dawned on me that I think the Q is now going to make TARTE their "darling" of the cosmetic programs like they did IT Cosmetics for so long. Time will tell about that. It's a shame IT Cosmetics is gone and I will miss Desiree also.

THEIR SUPER HERO MASCARA IS HALF PRICE TODAY AS WELL.

There are other brands in various categories as well that have left or are stalled here at QVC.

Whether it's QVC's choice, or the brand, no one's talking about why.

And I'm sure everyone has noticed the turnover in vendor representatives lately too.

That's too bad...I loved IT Cosmetics. It was a much more high end line than Tarte and Kim Gravel's line.

I just received an email today at 4:08pm from QVC saying my auto-delivery of the Superhero Volumizing Mascara has been canceled as IT Cosmetics and QVC are discontinuing their business partnership.

After checking Amazon and seeing that they no longer sell it, I purchased three duo sets from the Q at $26.98 each. It came to be my favorite and the only mascara I have used daily for years. Other mascara's just don't do it for me especially with my sensitive eyes, short curly lashes, and the brush is perfect!

At $28 for one, QVC had the best price point at $29.99 for three on auto-delivery. That was a TSV bargain way back when.

Once I run out of my Superhero, I do not look forward to paying full price for it nor do I look forward to looking for a different mascara that is as perfect for me as Superhero is.

Disappointed.
