Lauren Hutton's AquaPress? I came across the set of four sponges new still wrapped in a box I had put away for about 12 years or so. She use to sell her line on HSN years ago. I really loved her makeup pallet she sold. I love Lauren anyway. She is beautiful with no lifts or shots. Her skin took a toll with her love of Safari's in Africa. She is all about saving the animals. She is about 73 years young.
I used the sponge yesterday. It is suppose to "push" water into your skin to plump it up. Guess I will start using it again. I do not think it is still sold anymore. Here is a picture of the set including the sponge

@SeaMaiden I don't remember that product specifically but I do remember when Ms Hutton was on HSN. I have seen two of the three pix that you posted. I may be in the minority here but I still see her as a beautiful woman. Her face tells a story and its imperfections reflect some of the good that she has done with her life. To me - that is real beauty!

She's always been an attractive woman. At 73, she has earned those wrinkles. This is what a woman "of a certain age" should look like. Those drawn-and-quartered face lifts are quite scary.

lauren s a smoker still and that may contribute to her skin wrinkling so.

I remember her very well, especially when she did the shaving cream commercials....."Take it off, take it all off." Alll the men thought she was sexy.

@SeaMaiden I remember her whole line on HSN. The make up was nice and wasn't that horrid orange that so many lines are. I never ordered the Aqua Press. Was it still moist after all these years?
It is refreshing to see someone that has embraced natural aging.

That wasn't Lauren Hutton, that was Gunilla Knutson, and she was very alluring. It was a great ad.

@SeaMaiden, I love these pictures. It shows a strong woman that is growing old gracefully. She is beautiful.

I remember Lauren being very big on hydrating the skin by forcing water into it. I still have her makeup disc and some of her other products. I'd never heard of making up your hairline to disguise the thinning hair there, but it was something she did.
What I like about her face in the later photos is that she hasn't applied a gaudy slash of bright lipstick, the way so many older women do. It looks dreadful, IMO. There was a thread on Allure's publicity stunt about dropping "anti-aging" as a descriptor, but it was announced along with a photo with Helen Mirren in maquillage hommage to The Joker, which didn't exactly sell the policy change.

Yes, I remember, I bought and used it. Ech.
Hutton is a natural beauty, still is.
Any hydration is good for the skin, so in that sense the product worked.
Anybody remember Connie Stevens Forever Young line? (I think that was the name) It vibrated on the face.
Yes, I bought and used that too!
Still using Lite Stim light to reduce wrinkles- my husband and kids laugh at me.
