I don't have fat pads but yes, I roll under my eyes.

Uppiesbeads59 on Youtube just uploaded a great video on derma-rolling.  I assume that is the same as Micro needling????  Anyway, it tells you everything you might need to know about the subject.

Haven't done it myself yet, but this makes me want to try it.
