I sent an email to SHQ advising them that I have cancelled my order for the Skinn with PayPal. They responded by saying my order is being processed.
I answered back more sternly that they cannot process and had better cancel it because PayPal will not pay (!!!!) I asked them to also close the on-line account with the different customer #. They finally acknowledged all this and did so. In the end, there is apparently no one at SHQ who can help me set up an on-line account with the same customer #. 
People who can't fix simple things like this and assist you cause me to have concerns about the company.
Yeah I know it's "small stuff". Sometimes the small stuff becomes magnified after you've lost a loved one. You don't have as much patience. You want things to be simple, without hassle.
