So have I. Actually, I've had great c/s with both HSN and Q. Once I had trouble with HSN and asked for a supervisor. Problem immediately solved with the supervisor. Things happen. I've had less interaction with ShopHQ and had good and not so good experiences.

I agree computers and people male mistakes. Don't sweat the small stuff and move on.

I sent an email to SHQ advising them that I have cancelled my order for the Skinn with PayPal. They responded by saying my order is being processed. {#emotions_dlg.blink} I answered back more sternly that they cannot process and had better cancel it because PayPal will not pay (!!!!) I asked them to also close the on-line account with the different customer #. They finally acknowledged all this and did so. In the end, there is apparently no one at SHQ who can help me set up an on-line account with the same customer #. {#emotions_dlg.blink}{#emotions_dlg.blink} People who can't fix simple things like this and assist you cause me to have concerns about the company.

Yeah I know it's "small stuff". Sometimes the small stuff becomes magnified after you've lost a loved one. You don't have as much patience. You want things to be simple, without hassle. {#emotions_dlg.sad}
