Same as @Desertdi.  I rarely wear any make-up now that I'm wearing a mask, but when I do, it's satin finish powder.

@Quinny - I was going to say both, but I should probably say dewy!

My skin has always been combo - not too oily and not too dry. I find a light dewy foundation- my favorite is bareMinerals Complexion Rescue tinted moisturizer - gives my skin a dewy, but not greasy, look. I'm fickle when it comes to a heavier foundation and I jump around. I like Charlotte Tilbury's Magic and Anastasia luminous. I also like other brands.

I did get the IT matte foundation shortly before we went into quarantine. I do like it and it doesn't dry me out, so I will probably rely on it in warmer weather.  Smiley Happy

Dewey for me.  Matte accentuates every fine line and wrinkle and often gives an unnatural embalmed look.  Dewey blurrs and is like a filter.

My foundation which is light coverage is matte but it's not chalk rather it just does not have shine.  I don't like when I see women with shiny faces.  I am not sure what is going on with that.

Definitely matte or powder finish.  I've had an oily complexion all my life - it's been my goal to not look shiny or 'greasy.'

(moot point since I haven't worn makeup since last February)

A natural finish that is not too chalky looking but not shiny.  I have oily skin and a dewy finish seems to look like oily shiny finish.   I guess it depends on your skin type.
