She makes the worlds best cuticle remover, IMO. I have the meanest, toughest cuticles around and this stuff (with her metal push tool) can tame them.
Her original Gel Lab was a complete fail, IMO. However, her enthusiasm for the new Gel Lab system convinced me and I am going to try the new Gel Lab Pro. But, this time, it will go right on back if it does not deliver.

Do you know the difference between the old and new, old was a real fail, as you said, I missed the presentation, sold out now, thanks.

Sorry, I do not, @Shelbelle. I did try to find some reviews on the new but was not successful. I'll be happy to post my findings, though.

@Karnerblue wrote:I tried one of her polishes years and i mean years ago. Like 35 years ago when you really didn't have access to top brand nail polish. I think I found it in CVS. I didn't like it. Back then I only used Sally Hansen. Now, after many years and products, nail extensions, and gels, I stick to what works for me. I did, however, purchase her cuticle cream and the gel pro set, as I like to try new things I think will work.
I never use a base coat. I stick to OPI, Sally H, Zoya, and Revlon polishes. I use two coats of polish, and then Out The Door to set and dry it, and then use the OPI drip drops as a final application. I can go a good ten days or more without chipping.
I also agree with what ChynnaBlue states regarding chemistry and the price/value comparison of a product.
Deborah Lippmann didn't make nail polish 35 years ago.

Some of her "bundles" of the small size are worthwhile to give you a chance to try many colors. I think her top coat is the shiniest I've ever used. But, I'm not paying $l8. for one bottle of polish.

I bought the previous gel lab kit; cuticle remover, oil, base coat, top coat, and 3 or 4 colors. I love them.
her base and top coats do a wonderful job of extending the life of some lesser quality products.
Conversely the OPI I've purchased (minis) from HSN have been complete garbage which leads me to believe they're selling seconds on HSN. Can't imagine the brand would be so popular at $10 per if the performance is that bad reglularly...
