received the set of four Butter Balm glosses. Basically its all the same color and very very little of that. Last time I bought these the colors were noticeablely different. They showed up on my lips.

Doris cheaped out on the current set however the price is the same.

@smoochy

Bought  a Christmas item a couple of years ago  where there were 3 sets  each had a lipstick &  blush in a set . All 3 sets had really cute names  for the  lipstick and  coordinating blush  such as " No Angel " and " Flirt it Up ".

There was a difference in color of all the items  and yes all were complimentary to my complexion.

The last Doll 10 lipsticks I bought had alot of  oil in it that  was like the Belle products.

@smoochy  - That's too bad they didn't work for you.  I quit buying her lippies because the colors either didn't show up all that much on me or they all were so similar it wasn't worth it.  I do, however, like her pink powder and I have 2 of her eyeshadow palettes and like those a lot too.

I was a bit disappointed in my last lip  purchase also.  Can't remember what they were called but they were in this pretty pink box with butterflies?

Not much variation in color

I bought a single Butter Balm in Power from HSN, it is very dark, a red shade, I like it.

I am a huge fan of Doll 10 yellow powder, works wonders on redness.

She has been selling sets of lipsticks for years that are so close in hue that they're indistinguishable.  I've also found that her lipsticks only last until the first time you eat or drink.

For these reasons, I never even consider buying them.

@Kachina624   I also purchased a set of LG's marble lipsticks from her site and they all seemed too close in color. They were returned.
