@bonnie f

Hello,  I have genetic dark circles + chronic sinus problems.

I love:

Doll 10 HydraGel Concealer & Dual-Ended Brush

I see Qvc is out of all but the darker colors, but you can order it from her .com if you need a lighter color.  It covers wonderfully, does not go crinkly, or move around on your face.  The dual end brush is great.  I highly recommend it.

I’m in the same boat - A corrector is essential. I have a light-medium complexion and a pinky corrector works better for me than peach. Right now I’m using Bobbi Brown bisque. Once the blueness is neutralized I dab the tiniest bit of tarte shape tape on top. So far this is the best combo I’ve come up with and I’ve tried just about everything out there. Also, undereye filler helped - not with the darkness as that’s still there, but with hollows that made my undereye area look sunken. Fillers under the eye are tricky, it’s critical to go to a practitioner with expertise in this type of application. Honestly I feel the filler is the best money I’ve spent as it’s really refreshed my face in a subtle way.

@bonnie f  I also use It bye-bye undereye concealer. It is a thick product but just a little dab will do you. Start light, it's buildable as they say. Try it on the back of your hand forst to see how it is, how it works, how much you may want to use.

I went to Ulta a few weeks ago, and asked for Tarte tape, the saleperson said " that would be too dry for you ( I am 57yrs old). SHe encouraged me to try Laura Geller's Real Deal concealer. It  works really well and is not thick. I use that and put Elf undereye powder on top. i apply it with my fingers and then pat it with a blender, a little at a time.

Also Benefit Boing industrial strength is working for me as well.

My favorite- and it seems that I’ve tried so many is Doll 10 HydraBalm stick concealer.

I use the Armani red corrector (I do';t know the number).  A makeup artist told me about this trick and it helps.  Also, the peach colored corrector under the concealer.  I use one by Kevin Aucion or the waterproof concealer by IT..

For a long time, I used concealer to cover my undereye discoloration.  As I got older, I was needing to use more and more to be effective.  I started using a color corrector which has worked out beautifully and now need only a small amount of concealer.
