Is anyone else having problem getting the mushroom serum out of the jar?

    Once the serum goes below the dropper level i can't get the serum out. way too much in jar to waste. doesn't work to turn upside down. They need to make a longer dropper or another way to dispense product.

  I contacted Doll 10 on support email and have had no response.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.

         Thank you

@nslick

I understand the problem.

Here's a solution which you might find helpful.

First remove the dropper stem from the cap. It should come off fairly easily by pulling it out from under the cap. You can throw it out or save it if you want to. The cap, with the bulb attached, will still function as a regular bottle cap. You can leave the stem on but when you place it on the counter it will get contaminated so best just to remove it.

Second, you'll need to purchase these plastic droppers (which can be rinsed and reused) to use to get the serum out of the bottle. Once you get your serum out then rinse out the plastic dropper and use it later. I like to give the plastic dropper a good shake to fling out any left-over water.

Find these on Amazon.

Finally, after you've gotten your serum out of the bottle, replace the cap back on it.

Good luck!

These kinds of dropper bottles are the worst shaped bottles for getting stuff out of the bottom! Even when you turn them up-side-down the stuff won't come out.

What a great solution @SilleeMee .  I wonder if Doll 10 Support will answer the OP.

Thank you.

     I will try this, as not to waste the serum, which is not cheap by any stretch.

  I resent having to buy something to get the product out, but this cost is worth the cost of the serum.

    I will not be buying this product again. I am upset that Doll 10 did not respond to my inquiry.  No response from their support email, nor my inquiry on their facebook page.

       Bad business, but i assume once they get their money, they really don' t care about their customers, as they say they do.  Guess thats just how businesses are now a days
