Passing on that I found the cranberry walnut loaf yesterday! I first learned about them here.  Only for the recent holiday seasons.  Probably won't be around long. I thought they'd be long gone till the end of the year.  Hope everyone who is interested enjoys them!

@turquoisebb  . I saw that when I was at Costco last time, and have a loaf in the freezer.  I cut the loaf into quarters before freezing, as it's just two of us now.,

Bread is beautiful...LOL!  My friend dropped off a loaf of fresh-made bread today.  She got it sliced thick, so we are having French Toast tomorrow!  I hope I can sleep tonight.  The anticipation!!!! Woman LOL

I was there last week and saw the loaves.  I wondered why they were still available this late after the holiday season. They are usually gone by now.

I also noticed that the price went up by three dollars a loaf.  I have purchased a loaf or two around the holidays.  My family likes chicken salad sandwiches served on this bread.

Wow.  Cranberry product, esp Loaf, offered up in April. Usually it's an Autumn, Thanksgiving product, cranberries.

Curious.  Sounds delicious, at least based on my past New England memories.  Yummmy!

I know this post is in the wrong forum, but, I had to comment that I just bought this at Costco and it is sooo good.  Having a piece toasted in the morning.  I will have to get another and freeze it before they are gone!!

@turquoisebb

I happened to watch a cooking show today. The restaurant made cranberry walnut bread and put turkey, a cheese and a sauce.

Everyone commented that it tasted like a Thanksgiving meal in a sandwich.

Now I will have to try and find it at my Costco. After seeing the show, I wanted to try and make it.
