Re: Costco Designer Fragrances

Ah yes, @weez1987 Tom Ford fragrance shopping has definitely been a highlight.  It's been such a scentual journey and I've looved every minute of my discoveries, all most definitely positive. I know his collection(s) aren't for everyone but it's certainly worked out well for me. I'm waiting for the new fig release. Other newer releases have been OK but imo, just don't have that same TF DNA characteristics of the older, mostly discontinued, quality  prior to the Lauder buyout.

I've worn Chanel in the past. Such a lovely beloved classic fragrance. Hard not to like!

I didnt even look for designer fragrances yesterday while in the store. Got caught up trying to find Peets coffee pods for my Nespresso coffee maker. That turned out to be very time consuming and an ultimate bust. Grrrr. But,I have seen these fragrance pallets in the past and am familiar. It can be a absolute feeding frenzy when they arrive.

I've been collecting mainly Tom Ford edp's for several years now and have quite a collection including many backups. I also watch several utube perfume channels and will order samples before commiting to a potentially pricey blind purchase. I've been very lucky.  I've also befriended several ebay sellers, with big collections who've offered to decant for me. Especially great with discontinued fragrances. Since I no longer drive and miss going to perfume counters, my modis operandi had to take a new turn. I know I'm missing alot but there's still options I can embrace.

@rochelleS  I always buy the peets nespresso pods online at costco dot com.  I have only seen them inside the store once years ago.

It turned out my Costco only had the Peets pod for the original Nespresso machine, inspite of showing the Vertuo was available.  I surely thought I'd seen the Vertuo online too but after I got home I couldn't find them. I was so tired I felt like I was seeing double, and just gave up the search. Wanted the Major Dikinson blend. I'll just pick up the beans on the next sale and use them in another coffee maker. Disappointed but I'll live. All is good. ☕️👍😊

I truly appreciate your sharing your source. Thank you! What blends do you enjoy? I lean towards a rich full bodied brew.

I have the original nespresso and the vertuo but I use the original only pretty much.  The stronger the better!

Re: Costco Designer Fragrances

@rochelleS, my Costco usually seems to have the Peet's pods in stock. But I don't remember ever seeing them in the food aisle near other coffee. I think I've seen them in the appliance aisle.

@Etoile308

My store had coffee pods in three places, in the aisle with the coffee brewers, the end cap in front of the aisle where the bagged coffee is always located and in the front as you walk in which is referred to as the fence. Lots and lots of coffee just not what I was looking to purchase. Did alit of running back and forth as the staff kept saying "it's over there", "no over there," "saw it in aisle..." It was crazy. Initially the front CS said it was available but ultimately not. I kept saying I'd pay someone if they found it.🥴
