When I used Rapid Brow it turned the skin under my brows a dark grey, took months to fade out.

@Natureluvr .............Since its spring and allergy season could it possibly be from allergies?

Re: Color correction recommendation

Could be allergies (which I suffer from) and That’s why I am going to stop using the serum to see if I notice a difference. I tend to have itchy eyes with my allergies and they currently do not itch at all. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Clinique redness solutions.  They have skin care and makeup for redness.

I am having an issue with redness just underneath my lower lashes. Regular concealer doesn’t seem to be helping much so I am thinking of getting one of those green color correcting creams to try. I think the redness might be from the RevitaLash I’ve been using for the past few months. Going to stop for a bit to see if that was it. Any recommendations?

@Natureluvr   I can't be sure what may be causing the redness...could be the lash serum, allergies or with age comes changes in our skin tone in areas.

Green correctors usually are difficult to blend and can break through the layer of makeup you put on top. I suggest and use myself, Bobbi Brown's Corrector which is peach tone and corrects redness, dark circles, etc. It is  creamy which makes it easier to apply a concealer or foundation as the next product.

Hope this helps.

Re: Color correction recommendation

I used to use Careprost and stopped because my eyelids got really dark.  Now I use Vie Beautie from Amazon.  I have no idea what is in this stuff but my lashes are long and lush and I have no problem with darkness on my lids.  I started using it on my brows hoping it will help with those.

Re: Color correction recommendation

@Shanus , Do you use the Bobbi Brown color corrector compact or the corrector stick?

When I get some extra cash I want to try that brand. I think that a color corrector would help my concealer more, and you have mentioned BB often. I would go for a light peach, but not sure which form would work better.

@teganslaw    Hi. Although Bobbi is no longer w/ the company, when she started, the corrector was/is one of her standout products. Her others are her iconic foundation stick, concealer and pot rouge for lips/cheeks. Mr. Lauder never messed with these. I'm still using all of these.

I have used the compact form of corrector for decades and the stick is fairly new. In fact, my order just arrived today and the that corrector stick is in there to try. There are different shades to consider depending on how light or dark your skin is. The descriptions are quite helpful.
