Coconut oil breaks me out if I get it anywhere near my skin, so I don't use it for beauty at all.
I use it for cooking.

Since this is the beauty forum, I'll keep to beauty uses. I love it as a moisturizing hair treatment and it's great as an eye makeup remover.

I cook with it and use it for oil pulling. I don't use it on my skin because it can clog pores.

Coconut oil also did not work for me. It made my hair appear thinner and clogged my skin. Also as much as I love the taste and smell of coconut the oil just didn't taste good no matter what I did with it.
My family grew up with eating olives and using olive oil for everything so that's my go to for any cooking.

I like to put it on spider bites because it has anti inflammatory properties and he,ps wirh the itching.

My fave thing to remove my eye makeup. I also have an ELF cleansing Balm, but the coconut oil works quicker and leaves my skin around my eye feeling softer.
