There have been enough studies about the benefits of coQ10 topically, as well as internally. I don't do the topical, but supplement with coQ10 and hylauronic acid. Since I'm not forming any lines & wrinkles, I am assuming it's part of the mix (topically & internally) that is helping.

The wording that @Nightowlz wrote is all consistent with what I've read about coQ10.

@Harpa

I knew it was in some skin care products. I have always felt you will get better results with taking it internally over applying it topically.

I use a CO Q10 serum from Timeless Skin Care that I like very much. I use it after their vitamin C serum in the morning. Their products are very reasonably priced and they have several half-price sales throughout the year.

I love this too.  After using it for a couple of years, I was trying to pare down my routine so I decided to stop purchasing it.  I noticed a difference within a week.  I'm now on auto delivery from Amazon.  It's one product I will never stop using.

I have been taking his vitamins for years and I do take his CoQ10. Andrew is aging just like the rest of us, the vit. may help, but IMO not enough to be noticable externally. In my case, my doctor recommended CoQ10, Fish Oil and VitD and a multiple vit. so that's what I take.

I remember Dr. Perricone talking years ago about the benefits of coenzyme Q and wrinkle reduction.
