Co-Washing?

has anyone looked into this? I jumped on the WEN bandwagon and the order is on waitlist, so in the meantime i came across co-washing, which is washing with conditioner...same concept as WEN. So I "washed" my hair this morning with conditioner only and while it takes a lot of scrubbing and massaging, it worked great-and my hair was yucky greasy before stepping in the shower. My hair is very clean and feels very soft. Of course i will see how this goes and see if i don't need WEN afterall. It's a cheap alternative to Chaz Deans WEN if you are on a budget.
