They're convenient when you're getting ready in the morning as you can pit on makeup while they're in. My fine hair is so straight, I usually spray hair spray on my head once the rollers are in.I ordered the TSV hoping to save a bit of time w/ the rollers. Have long, layered fine hair...lots of hair...but very fine and very straight. I am hoping these will give me the same lift and curl that I get from curling iron/Velcro roller set. It takes forever and a day to do my hair....just hoping to save some time.

I have the previous Chi set they had with the 9 rollers. I have the small as I have short hair sort of the length of the model they were using with short red hair. I really like these rollers a lot. I put them in and leave them in while I do my make up and then take them out. My hair is soft and shiny and does hold the curl. They do heat up fast and are easy to work with and will not burn your fingers. This is a better buy because now you get 12 rollers and the hairspray. The hairspray alone is $24 on QVC. I was thinking of getting the hairspray, but I have been using Nick Chavez hairspray for a long time and really like it.

I was in Sally Beauty today and they had lots of these type of rollers. One set I saw was $24.99.

Kathy Nick Chavez website is having a BOGO right now. I doesn't say anything about it on the site, but if you put a single item in your cart, it will add another of the same for $00.00

I'm very tempted, but since I don't really have the money right now I think I'll just wait and purchase either these or the Calista ones at a later date.

read the reviews on item #A239095, this is the same system - there are as many bad reviews as good. (more if you count the 3's in with the 4 & 5)

I'm really tempted but not sure I want to spend the money. I usually air dry too, but I'd love to find a style that works for me.

Heat and humidity still bring it down but it looks good while it lasts. I have not found anything that works better for my fine, stick-straight hair but I'm always open to suggestions/ideas!!!
Please report back and let us know how these work out for all of you
I've been thinking about getting the Caruso steam rollers. A friend of mine has them and her hair keeps the curl all day. It seems so much gentler than the other heating methods.

Hello betteb
I love hot rollers when I want a nice curl. My hair is thick and coarse, after using hot rollers, my hair will stay that way all day.
If I didn't have some already, I would try these. I like the different sizes too.
from me.
