I've been using her products since 1995 also.  I can't believe how her prices have gone up, i.e., Dark Spot Eraser.  It used to be 2 oz. now it's 1 oz and a higher price.  I now only purchase from her what I can't get elsewhere with good ingredients, BHA products, serums, etc.  Used to buy everything she made, cleaners, toners, etc.  Now only if on sale.  I also put a review on her website and was shocked and dismayed to see that it was rejected because I gave a bad review about the dispenser for the hylaronic acid product, also said it was too thick.  Why was I censored?

Personally, I hate when people give bad reviews on a product beause of a faulty dispense mechanism or the packaging. You certainly should note that issue in your review but you shouldn't rate the PRODUCT poorly because of that.

ALso, if you have been with PC for that long, you know how amazing their customer service is and know that all you had to do was contact them and they'd make it right and they want to hear feedback on issues with dispensers, etc because they can and will (and DO!) change them if too many people complain. I actually had an issue with the product dispenser as well - the lid did not twist back on straight so it would leak, etc and when I contacted CS turns out I was doing it wrong- there is a tab you have to click into place when you first use it and then all is well. I can't imagine giving a bad review on a product because I didn't know how to use it or the dispenser was faulty.

I have posted a few negative reviews on Paula's Choice about the actual products and every one was posted.

Great comment but you mean the lipstick had sunscreen, right?  Not SPF?
