Hi Shanus,

I have small lips . What color lipstick should I be looking for. I have medium  warm skin tone  with yellow undertones.Should I be looking for nude colors or light pink or peach colors? Thanks for reading.

Any recommendations would be helpful.

Have a great day.

Do you really like such light colors?

I have never worn nude (defeats the purpose, just use chapstick), and I only wear very light colors in the day in the Summer, but rarely.

I like reds with either tinges of orange (day, brighter) or tinges of purple (evening, richer.)

I like lipstick that is also healthy for my lips, and adds moisture, protects from UV, etc. I rarely wear mattes as they are too drying.

I am not sure what the size of your lips has to do with anything--jsut smile, and your mouth is as beautiful as everyone else's!

@cuddlesmama   Definitely stay with a more pale lip color. Dark shades make the lips appear smaller. I think a peachy, coral shade would look good with your warm complexion. A spot of lipgloss in the center of the lips adds a bit of shine that gives the illusion of a larger lip. Good luck finding your prfect shade. BTW, lip liner helps, too. Go slightly over your natural lip line and then blend so there's not a definite line showing.

@cuddlesmama   I'm no expert when it comes to make-up, but I don't have the biggest lips out there either and I know that I prefer lighter shades.  I find corals and pinks very flattering.

I detest dark lipsticks on me and they definitely make the lips look smaller.

.      Thank you soo much for your input, I really appreciate it. Your tips  are so helpful. I have never used lip liner so this will be new to me but i will give it a try, and I also think a peachy shade will be nice. Thank you soo much!!

Do that in the body of the text though.  It doesn't work in the title for some reason, @cuddlesmama
