I am new to posting but have been reading the boards for a while. You WEN ladies are so hlepful!! I just posted this under the OTO discussion but wasn't sure it would be seen by anyone still wanting the OTO but couldn't get it because it was sold out. I just called CS and they Honored the OTO Price from last night. Looked like all formulas were available. Hope it helps someone!

I've had good luck with CS. There was a new Linea dress that was offered at the feature price for only 1 day. I got it in one color, but the other color I wanted sold out in my size. Of course, the next day, it was available. I called CS and they honored the feature price plus the easy pay that had expired also.

Thank you SO much for posting this! I was so bummed when TT sold out last night. Just called CS and was able to switch to TT from LAV and retain OTO price!!!
