CLARISONIC TSV

Can anyone tell me the difference between the Mia and Mia2? I have the Mia and it still works. But what interests me is that the costs of purchasing the Clarisonic brand brushes on amazonsmile is around the same price as the TSV. So, it's like getting the unit for free. Just don't need another, but will need brushes before ya know it!

Wouldl appreciate your opinions.

The Mia I only has one speed vs. the 2-speed Mia 2. That's a pretty good TSV deal considering what those brushes cost alone. I have the Mia 2 from a previous TSV and like it

Thanx, @Floppo. Just ordered it - think the two speed might work well for me as sometimes the one speed can feel a little too harsh. I'll keep my other one as back-up. The brushes alone is well worth it!

The TSV is a great price. I bought mine a few years back as TSV and paid more. The brushes alone are about $25/each. Great value.

Yes, @OKPrincess, the brushes alone are worth the price! I checked amazonsmile and the two-packs were 44, the single's were selling for 27.

There was another brand of brushes selling much, much cheaper. But, if a copycat can be that much less, the quality most likely is lacking.

Thanks for your input! Feel better now. I'm one of those people who says if it's working, why change it, regardless of product advances.

Love my Mia--bought the last TSV last year. Have to say that I've found dupe brushes on AMZ that are just as good as the branded brushes and way less expensive too. I use the Radiance brush and can't tell a difference.

Good to know, @wagirl, saw those brushes and figured they might not be as good. Thanx, next time I'll buy them.
